If a product offered by Steve Sawford Marine Limited itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4.2 Stock Levels

Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.

5. Payment

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and have postage applied at the checkout. If an additional carriage charge is due, this is normally notified in the product description, please contact us before placing your order.
The price of the Goods shall be paid in sterling in the UK.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Delivery of products

Steve Sawford Marine Limited will dispatch goods where instock for delivery within 3 working days. The Company shall not be liable for any delay occasioned by any cause whatsoever beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery.
Steve Sawford Marine Limited will make good at its option by repair or replacement any defects in the Goods due solely to defective workmanship or materials.

7. Exchange and Returns Policy

Goods may be returned to us unused and in perfect condition within 14 days of dispatch for exchange or refund. Any shortage of Products or any visible damage must be marked on the carrier's delivery note.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall provide you a refund. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging.
